| Loft opening too small or in the wrong place? If your loft hatch is in the wrong place or too small for convenient use, we can help. Our specialist fitter will enlarge or reposition your loft opening. This will involve cutting through any nescessary joists, restructuring to building regulations, retrimming with planed timber, and making good with mitred architrave. All that will be left for you to do is to paint your new timberwork. See our price list page for full details on our fixed prices. Our fixed price is based on our fitter being able to gain access to your loft if you have no loft opening or access please call to discuss this more difficult project. |
